A 10 Month, Bi-Weekly Group

(Every Other Week)

These groups are designed for people working with neuroplastic pain or chronic symptoms who want structured education and relational support while learning to trust their body again.

Healing neuroplastic symptoms isn’t about fixing the body, it’s about teaching the nervous system safety. These groups provide a steady, supportive container to do exactly that.

What the Groups Offer

  • Clear psychoeducation grounded in Pain Reprocessing Therapy.

  • Guided experiential practices to support nervous system safety.

  • Facilitated group support to reduce fear, isolation, and doubt.

  • A slow, consistent rhythm that supports real change.

This is not a medical treatment group and not a quick-fix program. It’s a supportive healing space that emphasizes understanding, embodiment, and trust.

To protect the quality and safety of the group, participation is limited to 20 people. This allows for meaningful sharing, mutual validation, and a pace that supports genuine connection and collective growth.

What to Expect

Each 90-minute meeting will include 30 minutes of psychoeducation on topics such as:

  • Pain Reprocessing Therapy

  • The Nervous System

  • How to Address Emotions

  • Working with Setback and Challenges

  • Identity and Chronic Conditions

  • How to Trust Healing and Expansion

The remaining 60 minutes will be set aside for sharing and answering specific questions within the group.

The focus of the group is on education, connection, understanding, and learning how to connect to felt sense safety so your body can unwind its protective patterns. â€‹

Who This Group Is For

  • Chronic pain or persistent symptoms such as (fatigue, dysautonomia, dizziness, sensitivities, nervous system dysregulation, (symptoms of Long Covid or CFS/ME), without clear structural cause.

  • Symptoms labeled functional, stress-related, or neuroplastic.

  • People exploring or practicing Pain Reprocessing Therapy.

  • Those feeling stuck in fear, hypervigilance, or symptom monitoring.

Why Group Healing Works

Group support helps retrain the nervous system by:

  • Normalizing the healing process.
