The wound is the place where the light enters you. – Rumi

What is Integrative Coaching?

Everyone wants to live a good life. Nobody chooses to struggle or to experience challenging circumstances, but they happen to all of us at some point.

We might experience loss, betrayal, disillusionment, injury and pain, illness and instability and even trauma. We can feel like the footing beneath our feet has been pulled out from underneath us, leaving us feeling ..... lost and uncertain how to move forward.

As we make our way through this human journey together, sometimes we will need to reach out for support.

I experienced my own challenges in the form of severe chronic illness, the loss of a long-term relationship and the loss of my career. I no longer recognized my life as it had been. Though it was more challenging and all-encompassing than I can adequately express, it was also an invitation to heal and grow in ways I never imagined were possible.

Illness was a gateway for me. Through my own pain and suffering, I learned where I was disconnected from myself and how it originated. Healing has been a process of reconnection, first to myself and then to others. I’ve connected more to my authentic voice and have learned how to stand bravely in my truth.

In my darkest moments, I was determined to create purpose out of my pain. I knew that as I found my way through, I would create a map for others to do the same.

Integrative coaching is where I bring it full circle. It turns out that the way through begins with that first courageous step.

Whether you’ve experienced long term stress, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, chronic pain or trauma, you are each capable of recovery and healing, one step at a time.

I teach my clients how to build their courage and develop resources that help them to navigate painful emotions and frustrating physical symptoms. I utilize somatic tools that foster reconnection to the body and the integration of stuck energies.

The body is the entry point to healing because it holds the secrets of your entire being. It holds your wounds, but it also holds your resilience and strength. It has messages for you that will help guide you into a fuller, more authentic expression of YOU!

I work with people on an individual basis to create a customized support plan with the goal of teaching you how to….

  • Understand how your patterns are impacting your mental, emotional and physical body.

  • Learn how to regulate your own nervous system.

  • Feel a sense of safety and expand your ability to be in the here and now.

  • Reverse chronic pain and symptom patterns.

  • Alleviate stress, anxiety and depression symptoms.

  • Understand how to set healthy boundaries and honor your own needs.

  • Release patterns of guilt and shame.

  • Expand internal self-trust and confidence.

  • Develop deeper self-compassion and grace.

Let's connect to find out how I might be able to best support you in your healing and growth!
